How is Discrimination Evidenced?

First, you have a strangle hold on services.  You deny services.  You refuse to have Hispanic Employees.  You refuse to translate material.  You thereby turn people away.

To some actions, there are deadly consequences.  White Flag nights, below freezing temperatures, that means people die in the woods in the outdoors in the middle of the night.  Period, end of story.

Hence, denying access to Wake County Facilities inevitably will lead to Death.  Here, Hispanics are dying.

EEOC hiring complaints are real and for a purpose.  Discrimination is real and can be deadly.
